While the staff were friendly and helpful, the key thing “hot water” didn’t work in the shower or vanity. The water was slightly off being cold.
There were no shower caps supplied. When I asked for milk for tea & coffee they supplied it.
My overall experience at this hotel was very average. While there were some acceptable aspects, a few things were quite disappointing and left me confused about whether this place deserves a low or moderate rating. On the second floor, I was shocked to see dirty clothes left on the floor and over chairs in the hallway — something you wouldn’t even expect to see in your own home. What surprised me most was that when I returned in the evening, the mess was still there, with no action taken by the hotel staff. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room at all. I requested technical help several times, but the technician simply told me to “turn off the lights so the room would cool,” which was very unprofessional. After multiple attempts, they finally changed my room, but the new AC was also very poor. The staff were not friendly or helpful, which affected the comfort of the stay. The room was clean, but the furniture was outdated, and the door didn’t close properly. There’s a small public garden behind the hotel, which was a nice touch and one of the few positives. Will I return to this hotel? Absolutely not.
