Guest：Amazing staff and hotel . Fabulous amenities, great location: 2026-02-01

Guest：The hotel photographs well, but when you look past the surface, the execution falls short of what you’d expect from an established luxury brand (Four Seasons, Rosewood, etc.). Room - Blackout blinds were too short to fully darken the space. - The bathroom door creaked loudly enough to wake my partner at night. - Details were missing: no dimmable lights, awkward Bluetooth speakers, limited and poorly placed outlets, no in-room tea. - Water from the tub faucet initially ran grey, likely from unflushed pipes. - Towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and even bedding didn’t feel premium. The toilet paper was surprisingly low quality. Service & Facilities - Check-in was disorganized: no acknowledgment when we arrived, as the staff were absorbed with a group. For a small hotel, the process would have been more fitting in a seated lounge rather than cramped at the counter. I was seated and then somebody flagged me down to come to the counter. This set a hilariously bad first impression. - We were asked if we needed late checkout. Initially we declined, but when we changed our mind, we were told it was unavailable - Service felt uneven: while one receptionist was excellent, others (bell staff, housekeeping turnover, male receptionist) seemed undertrained and lacked a genuine service mindset. - Spa facilities weren’t proactively maintained. the steam room was off until we requested it, and the snack station wasn’t properly stocked (no spoons for the dried fruit, etc.). These details matter for a hotel in this tier. This isn’t comparable to the FS, and I wouldn’t even compare it to something like an Aman.: 2025-08-01

Guest：We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Verona! We had a beautiful room, the pool and spa area are very nice. Location was great as it’s right on the edge of where all the big shopping and restaurants are in the area. Communication with the staff before and during our trip was fast and easy.: 2025-09-01
