Guest user：原来是很期待住在这个酒店的，订了一间的大一点的房子，後来他给了我们小的普通房，我向酒店投诉，这不是我订的房间，後来给我换了大一点的房间，不过在三楼，酒店门口得staff应该是没有经验得服务生，说话也很不好听，眼睛翻来翻去的，楼下服务生，还说，这就是你订的房间，我真的很无语！後来看到照片才发现不是我订的，当然酒店还和我道歉送了小香槟，但是经历也很差！我又想做SPA，服务生说，我们酒店很满，问了很久一直也没有回覆，第二天早上再问，其实明明就有位子！非常差的经历在这个酒店，完全不像五星级酒店，再也不会来了！ ????♀???: 2024-11-01
