We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Mandalika Beach Resort.
Positives:
-The food was amazing, both in the restaurant and in room dining.
-The room was very comfortable, with great lighting.
-The staff were friendly and welcoming.
-The resort was very clean.

Negatives:
-We arrived after the check in time of 2pm but waited 15-20 minutes to be served by staff and then another 50 minutes to receive our room key/card.
-There were no towels when we checked in our room, we had to order them, which took 45 minutes to be delivered.
-The resort is a little isolated, you have to walk a considerable distance to access local shops, restaurants, entertainment.
Highly recommend staying at this resort and will be back again.
Room is big, but the hotel is not within walkable distance to main town. There is not hanger for the room, while taking bath i have to put my clean shirt on railing beside toilet bowl.
New and well designed and furnished hotel nearer to airport. Complimentary hotel transport to Kuta town great. Easy transfer to airport done at concierge. Grounds not matured enough to be shady. Nice walk to Bt Seger for panoramic view of bay and surroundings. Good food and service at restaurant.
