Guest：都还不错，离环形码头特别近，就是每次回酒店都要爬一个坡有点累。

Guest：Stayed here for a few nights over the valentines period. I hesitated for a long while in booking this but decided to do it since Shangri-La is a well known international chain. This is our first time staying at the Shangri La and realised its more for older people who like that vintage interior. To me, I found the Shangri-La Sydney very outdated. People might enjoy this but I certainly didn’t. We stayed because of the many options of room that had harbour/opera view. The view was nice and the room was spacious with a bath tub. We recieved a bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday which was nice too (which many other hotels do anyways) but that was pretty much it. I did not enjoy the walk back and forth the hill to get to the hotel since its right at the top. Also, I want to point out that during our stay we went down to use the pool and spa. Unfortunately, due to being Valentines there was a couple who was continioulsy making out in the spa while there was unaccompanied children who were shouting. The couple asked the children to press the button for the bubbles which we thought was very disturbing. I did inform staff about it but they just smiled which i understand - what can they do about it when people pay $$$ to stay here. It just made our experience very unpleasant at the Shangri La. Just for your information, we have stayed at other international chains such as St Regis, Langham, Kempinski etc. We would not stay here again due to the disgusting experience we had at the pool. I did not attach alot of photos of the room as I thought it was notaesthetically appealing.

Guest：虽然是2006年装修的，但设施、服务都非常好，入住很满意，行政酒廊和房间的景色超美，下次来还会入住

Guest：悉尼可真是澳洲重庆，很多坡 我走上这个酒店真是气喘吁吁???? 房间有点老了，但是ok的，所谓的老钱风 酒吧的风景真的很绝很绝 但是食物太难吃？
