Guest： We stayed at the Hyatt House - Santa Fe from Nov. 3 through 12, 2025. We chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to the Centro Medico ABC - Santa Fe, which is directly across the street and accessible by a pedestrian bridge. Positives: the rooms are immaculately clean. We had large kitchen, sitting area and bedroom with two queen beds. The kitchens are nicely equipped. The seating area sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but adequate. Bathroom was nice. The beds are quite comfortable. While on a busy street, the room was quiet. We liked the friendly and attentive staff. Most of the staff speak English. Our hall maid Isabel in particular was wonderful, helpful, efficient and greeted us each day with a smile and small requests were immediately taken care of. There is a small gym. The small swimming pool is closed for renovations. They have a small area next to the front desk offering snacks, drinks, ice cream and various junk food - at hotel prices. There are two convenience stores within the block. The included breakfast is especially nice with many options and eggs done to order. This is a real plus for this hotel. The coffee is Starbucks. Negatives: the restaurant for meals other than breakfast was variable. The pastas were barely edible. Overall, a good stay and good value.

Guest：It’s a great property with a great hot breakfast but it’s located in the middle of nowhere. Not much around other than a couple of small convenience stores and one eatery.

Guest：The room was very clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower water never got hot - it was warm. Certainly worth the price I paid. Solid, not luxury.

Guest：En general respecto del hotel todo está bien, solo me hubiera gustado que el Service room hubiese sido más rápido y no hubieran olvidado algunos alimentos que solicitamos. Sería conveniente que fueran más claros en cuanto al estacionamiento ya que no hay valet parking y te cobran 220.00 por 24 horas, la atención de la gente que cobra el estacionamiento deja mucho que desear.
