Our experience at the Pemako Thimphu Hotel was very relaxing and comfortable. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed the beautiful reception service and tea, as well as the amazing food. We had a dinner for which we had to wear Gohs, and the hotel staff (Tenzin la and Jigme la) were very helpful and approachable and helped us wear our Gohs. The hotel installations are beautiful, and its indoor pool and gym have everything you may need while on the go. The hotel is also strategically located close to many points of interest, which means that you can walk around and do some shopping or print your photo as an official Buthanese postal stamp at the postal office if you feel like it.

Pemako hotel Thimphu is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are very grand and comfortable. The staff of the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to stay in the room after check out time. And we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and made sure that we were having a comfortable stay.

Well appointed comfortable and luxurious property in Thimpu. Excellent Restaurant and Bar. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Set against a backdrop of mountains. Extremely friendly staff. Better than some of the other international five star hotel brands. Would definitely visit again!!

Nice location in Thimphu. Easy to walk around. Nice show every evening, keeps you entertained. Dinner is very underwhelming. Breakfast is solid. Rooms are very nice but heavy dark style, not open and modern like typical new luxury hotels in Bhutan. View of thr mountain pales compared to most amazing views in Bhutan.

The food was great and there was warmth and kindness in the hospitality. Everyone attending to us were so nice :) We relished the food and the cultural experience as we arrived in Bhutan. It’s also located well in the city of Thimpu. Recommend the stay

Lovely location with a beautiful Bhutanese touch! Appreciated the check in with the monks blessings and the scarf goodbye. The rooms were well anointed and the food was just Specatular! Shout out to the staff for being so welcoming and hospitable! The grounds of the hotel are well maintained and pretty! Will be back for sure!

Excellent hotel situated in the middle of the city. The ambience was very good. Nice staff who were warm and friendly. The rooms were clean with all facilities and plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks. The restaurant was very good with choice of food. We liked Indian food which was authentic. The breakfast was also very good. Evening cultural programmes was good. The spa was also very good. Overall very good experience

It’s a good hotel with good view and an amazing and helpful staff and good food but Needs a bit of touch up now. Can be more cleaner the rooms need a little renovation too. Otherwise rest was good. The staff is really friendly even with the small kid.

We had an incredible experience at Pemako. From the check in, their welcome drink, to being blessed by a monk in the hotel, to the room which was spacious and very well equipped, to the quality of food, and hospitality and care extended by each member of the staff (special mention to Ms Rewati who was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions throughout our stay), to the traditional send off when checking out, we’d 100% recommend Pemako to anyone who plans on visiting Bhutan. Thanks for a great experience, we will truly miss the place.

就是很好，雖然酒店有點老，但優質的服務，熱情的小姐姐，還有酒店安排的歌舞表演都很好。還給配了當地的特色服裝參加活動，一整個感受到了不丹的熱情。
