酒店较为偏僻在山腰上，需经过一条比较黑的路，但开车的话就没有所谓，酒店房间设施整体十分乾净，自助餐早餐都十分好吃，所以衡量价格是非常有优势的。

有免费停车，在前台登记一下就可以了。离便利店车程5分钟，开上去云顶半小时。
酒店都挺好的，净水机在走廊，很方面接水。同发google map。

房间很乾净，高楼层，窗景看山，舒服，唯有枕头太高睡到一半躺平，床挺好睡，停车场有直通酒店电梯方便性高，早餐多样化，可惜蛋煎的区域是先煎起来放着，冷的就扣分，面可以自己DIY煮，还蛮好玩的，面包类口感不错，水果也可，吃了3盘，总体来说，若在来云顶，会再来住的。随在半山区还要再进去较偏，不过开车到出去很多店铺吃饭那，约6分钟，我觉得这不影响，不过要有车才是方便

The hotel was clean but the I found some hair under the bed linen, I have nose allergies also during the stay, not sure is it the dust cause nearby have some construction in progress, the TV is not a smart tv but can share screen, and the location I feel is acceptable because is near to the restaurant that I wanted to go, we choose to use grab to go to genting, the breakfast was very nice with the price I feel worthy

Very professional and welcoming front desk, as soon as you check in they will ask you to pay for Pahang tax which is understandable. All smiles and good energy in this process.
When you reach your floor, there's multiple hydration station near you which is very useful and convenient. The moment you open the door it smell lovely! Cleanliness is superb too!
The food at Lemon3 is decent. I'll recommend you to try their breakfast buffet that goes for RM38 between the time of 8-11am if I'm not mistaken. I paid RM35+ for a delicious mee goreng for dinner on my second night stay anf it was so delish and good in quality!
The only thing I would point out is the walls are thin, very easy to hear what's going on around you. Especially if your next door occupant is a family with kids.

We experienced a best ever stay here at Scapes Hotel.
They allowed early check in at 2pm, no deposit collected. The staff were very helpful & accommodatives.
We requested the housekeeping staff to open the sofa bed, they came immediately and set up the bed with blanket & pillow. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff.
We also fall in love with the heated pool, breakfast menu was fantastic, lots of choices & delicous, staff also very attentive.
Overall we love staying at this hotel, feel the warm welcome.

My stay at Scapes Hotel Genting Highlands was truly enjoyable! The hotel has a modern and cozy design, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the highlands. The location is convenient—just a short drive to SkyAvenue and the attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest.
What stood out most was their breakfast – so tasty and satisfying, the best way to fuel up before exploring. Their omelette ???????? Marvellous!
The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. I especially appreciated their warm hospitality. The facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was tasty and satisfying.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay whether for a quick weekend escape or a family trip. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Scapes Hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands!

1.. Room is spacious with necessary amenities.. iron + iron board, water heater, free wifi, love dat the tv is working, hairdyer, A/c is working, sufficient toiletries and etc. very nice.
2. Sept kek batik during check out is delicious btw.
3. Haven't explore the facilities but will come back again for that. Seems like all good.
4. Breakfast is sedapp and decent choices. All is savory.
5. Love there is a connecting room function.
6. Ease of parking, covered parking and access to the room.
7. Pleasant attitude of the scapes mgmt.
Everyone enjoy their stay. Definitely will come back. Worth every penny!
