Guest user：Really good value holiday. Clean spacious apartments. We had a ground floor one overlooking the pool which was brilliant. The staff are all fabulous and work really hard. Special thanks to Hardun in the restaurant who was so attentive, smiling and positive. On arrival at midnight we got a sandwich and bottle of water, then in the apartment there was a bottle of wine along with a bowl of fruit, which is a lovely welcome. We had a slight problem with our door not closing properly and the aircon not therefore working but once we reported it, they sent someone to fix it really quickly. Facilities are good, plenty of sunbeds around a choice of three pools. We only used the main pool as our daughter joined in the activities but understand that for those seeking a quieter place the other two pools are good for that. The entertainment team are ace. Pino particularly is a massive asset, remembering everyone’s names and whether they have been there before. His love of his job is obvious and he is great, but so are Rudy and Gabby. The team get a well deserved day off on a Wednesday so it is a bit quiet then. Sadly one evening when the karaoke was on everyone’s enjoyment was impacted by a family who had been drinking all day and caused quite a scene. However Pino and his team dealt with it tactfully, and I understand that the hotel cautioned the family about their behaviour and there was no further drama (whilst we were there anyway). The hotel cannot be blamed for guests’ choices, and dealt with it the best way they could. It was our first time going all inclusive and most guests were there on that basis. It was great having access to refreshments all day. The food was generally of a really decent standard, with a good range. The beef stew on Greek night was delicious. It did get a bit repetitive going to the same place lunchtime and evening so would recommend going out to eat sometimes for a bit of variety, but I get that is one of the pay-offs for going all inclusive. I would definitely recommend going if you like somewhere that has lots going on and want value for money, with just a 20 minute transfer (we had a private taxi). The return flights all appear to be late at night so would recommend booking the late check out option ant time of booking - we did and as a result really enjoyed our last day. Overall, we loved it and would consider going back.

Guest user：Been back nearly a week from another amazing 2 week stay at the Damon. This is our 8th stay over the years and it just gets better!! The staff this year were superb, Robert, Bony, Alex all went above and beyond and did their upmost to keep all guests happy, they are a real credit to the hotel. The restaurant staff, especially Harun, were always there to greet you with a smile!! It goes without saying that Pino is amazing and is memory is sublime!! He is the heart of this hotel and this year he had Rudy and Gaby as his assistants and they did not let him down!! The food was good but what I would say is that it would be beneficial to put a tray of chips out at meal times, as let's be honest they can accompany any meal. The entertainment is brilliant and you never feel pressured to join in, Pino pitches it just right. I emailed the reception team before arrival with a few requests, they replied promptly and did their best to make sure my requests were met. People ask why do we return each year, the reasons are written above. If you are after a relaxing, fun filled holiday, with amazing staff and friendly atmosphere, then look no further. We have already booked for next year!!

Guest user：Stayed here last year as a last minute break and was very impressed so we came back with our teenager children. We had a 2 bed apartment which was very clean but in need of a refurb. We thought that the food wasn’t quite as good this time, perfectly adequate but not as much choice and the desserts were very poor. The entertainment was excellent and Pino, the organiser, was such a great guy. They’re very lucky to have him, The hotel is well placed in Paphos with lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the harbour. Overall, the staff are lovely, rooms are good but do need refurbed, food is good but needs a bit more variety. We’d definitely come again.

Guest user：Never been to this hotel and like most you look at the reviews starting with the least favourable. Personally I cant see what their on about. I found rooms clean, staff great location spot on and fresh towels daily. Would definitely book again. Thanks for my stay
