  • Guest：This is a great small boutique hotel with just 8 rooms in and around a lovely old house, with beautiful grounds and gardens which include a beautiful swimming pool. The staff members are exceptional, very friendly and efficient and polite. The food is amazing, extremely tasty and well presented. The hotel is located in a quiet area, you do hear a plane now and then but nothing to spoil your sleep. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable and WiFi excellent - nespresso coffee machine in the rooms and unlimited filtered water. Two of the rooms face the front of the hotel, I would recommend to ask for a garden facing room if possible

  • Guest：This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It has fewer than 10 rooms in and around a lovely old house, with lovely grounds which include a beautiful swimming pool with very tasteful and discrete bar area, Staff are incredible, so efficient and so friendly, and the food is amazing, in particular the breakfast choice and quality. The hotel is quietly situated well away from the hustle and bustle of Negombo, so going half board is recommended. It also means you get a fabulous meal in a beautiful setting served by lovely people. The rooms are huge, with lovely bathrooms and everything you could possibly need from kettle and coffee machine to lovely toiletries and bathroom accessories. Very highly recommended.
  • Guest：Wonderful hotel convenient for the airport but in a quieter location.Beautifully restored historic bungalow with a lovely swimming pool. Rooms spacious and with everything you could need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding, both at dinner and breakfast. And served at private tables near the rooms. A small bar near the pool. Would totally recommend as a great place to unwind.
