Wow! This hotel is beautiful. The service is great. Special thanks to Donna, Max, Boswell and Nqobile for the great service. The breakfast is over-the-top amazing. The peacocks were an unexpected surprise.

Excelente servicio, personal muy atento y magníficas instalaciones, muy bien ubicado . El restaurante es magnífico. Todos los empleados desde el personal de recepción de autos, los meseros y los gerentes, todos se preocupan y ocupan de que los huéspedes estén atendidos de la mejor manera, sugieren actividades y resuelven cualquier duda. Estamos seguros que si regresamos a Johannesburgo en algún momento, nos hospedaremos en Park Hyatt nuevamente.

This is a luxurious newly opened property. Staff will gladly give you a tour of the tastefully decorated common areas. The restaurant seems to have quickly become a favorite of the well to do in Rosebank. The included breakfast was lavish. Service was at a very high level with the staff eager to make recommendations about activities or restaurants in the area. They offer free transport in their Mercedes town car within a 5 km radius of the hotel which was handy for getting to a dinner reservation. The area is upscale and seemed quite safe. The rooms on the upper floor surrounding the pool seem to offer more privacy than those on the ground floor. I highly recommended this hotel.

Beautiful newly renovated Park Hyatt in Rosebank. Think there’s about 30 nicely curated rooms on property overlooking a stunning central courtyard. Wonderful and kind staff. Would definitely come back the next time we’re in Joburg!

Very nice, comfortable and cosy hotel with a pool and garden in a good area of Johannesburg. Walking distance to a shopping mall and Gautrain Rosebank station. Excellent transport service from and to the airport. Nice and polite personnel.

An amazing place to be at, good and friendly staff. Definitely coming back with hubby maybe with kids also. I would actually recommend The Winston Hotel to friends, family and couples for a piece of mind. It is so clean, good service, love it!

This was a beautiful hotel, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located near the Rosebank Mall and the area felt very safe. We walked over to the mall several times for our meals. It was quite cold this time of year and the only complaint we had was that the water did not get very hot in some of our rooms.

Fantastic staff and decent rooms which are a bit run down. Unfortunately the main light switch in our room did not work which we only found out when trying to switch the lights off. We had to switch all the electricity off. The following day we were moved to a different room but I feel that an apology was not good enough. How about offering us a breakfast at the restaurant or something??? We won’t be going back.
