Guest：from the moment we walked into this hotel, there was a strong sewage smell that never went away. it was so bad that my family and i had allergic reactions and felt unwell the entire time. the service was also very poor. we had booked a family room for 4 people, but the staff insisted on charging us extra, claiming the room was only for 2. after a long discussion, they finally agreed not to charge us more, but the communication was terrible - they could have handled it and explained things much better. overall, a really unpleasant experience.: 2025-10-01
