Ein ohne Zweifel hübsches Haus im Villenviertel von Bad Godesberg. Allerdings ist ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock (Altbau, ohne Lift) mit Resopalschrank à la Ikea, einem schr?gen Ledersessel, einem Fernseher, bei dem die H?lfte der Programme nicht funktionieren und einer m??ig freundlichen Rezeptionistin alles andere als Boutique

My husband and I have just spent two nights in this hotel, which we can strongly recommend. The room had everything we needed, very clean, with tea/coffee making facilities. A good breakfast and very helpful staff. Parking was no problem.

I stayed at Boutiquehotel Dreesen for three days during a class reunion trip, and it truly impressed me. Housed in a beautiful historic villa in a quiet neighborhood, the hotel is ideally situated—just a short walk from the Rhein and the heart of Bad Godesberg. The serene location felt like a retreat but was still super accessible.
The staff were wonderfully warm and helpful, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. A heads-up for late arrivals: the reception isn’t staffed 24/7, so plan accordingly.
My room was well-designed and comfortable, with a cozy bed, a desk for work, and a modern, spotless bathroom. While not large, it was excellent value for the price. Bonus points for the complimentary Coke and bottled water in the fridge! The Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay (just don’t forget to ask for the password at the front desk).
Breakfast was ample and delicious, and I especially appreciated the option to dine outdoors on the lovely patio—such a peaceful start to the day.
The only minor downside was the lack of air-conditioning during a hot stretch of weather. Opening the windows helped, but it did let in a bit of street noise. Nothing unbearable, just something to be mindful of if you're used to air-conditioned spaces.
All in all, I’d gladly stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for charm, cleanliness, and a quiet atmosphere with easy access to everything. Just check the forecast if you're sensitive to heat!

Nettes Boutique-Hotel in sch?ner Architektur - leider konnte das Zimmer nicht gelüftet werden und es gab keine Klimaanlage. Schwierig zu schlafen in der Sommerhitze. Sehr lautes Ger?usch morgens gg. 06:30 Uhr.

Sehr sch?ne alte Villengeb?ude, toll modernisiert. Unser Zimmer war ger?umig und chic eingerichtet. Es lag zwar zu den Stra?enseiten, war aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles super sauber. Frühstück mit guter aber nicht riesiger Auswahl. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich. Preislich allerdings gehoben.

Das Haus war für unser gr?sseres Familientreffen perfekt geeignet. Es verbindet den Charme des Alten mit modernen Comfort und Schick. Die Leitung des Hauses und das Servicepersonal sind super freundlich und zugewandt- das Haus liegt so sch?n ruhig, dass man wunderbar schl?ft und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig.

Die beiden zusammengeschlossenen Jugendstil Villen sind ohne Zweifel hübsch, aber das allein macht noch kein Boutiquehotel. Zimmer im zweiten Stock bedeutet, dass man wegen eines fehlenden Lifts das Gep?ck nach oben schleppt (die Rezeption ist ab 20:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt). Das Zimmer ist OK aber ein wei?er Resopalschrank ist alles andere als "boutiquem??ig". Das Internet war in meinem Zimmer (203) eher schwach und das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber keinesfalls bemerkenswert. Alles in allem ein ordentliches Hotel aber von dem, was man gemeinhin unter Boutiquehotel versteht, noch ein gutes Stück entfernt.

First of all I want to highlight the two fantastic parts of our stay. The hotel receptionist (did not capture her name sorry), was super friendly could not do enough to help us and keep us informed and spoke impeccable English. She made this a 3 star review rather than 2 star. Secondly the breakfast was really nice, the outside terrace is a great place to sit down, the coffee and English breakfast tea was high quality as was the bread and home made jam’s. As for the rest I am afraid it was a bit of a disappointment, the location is very residential with not much around, the building is old and has no lifts with the stairs difficult to use for my wife who uses a crutch to walk. The free parking is basically on street parking where you find a space and whilst we had a fan in our room it was still too hot. The room itself was small, the bed uncomfortable and with no enjoyable features. Great staff but the rest was a disappointment for me.
