I have stayed here many times, but I am very disappointed to find that the standards have significantly declined during this visit. Upon entering the room, the floor felt sticky and uncomfortable to walk on. The towels had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and the washbasin was not cleaned properly. In the past, this hotel was known for its excellent service and cleanliness, but it now feels neglected. It is truly disappointing to see such a drop in quality.

酒店比较新，地理位置不错，周边也很安静。不过酒店价格不低，性价比一般般。早餐是亮点，有特色的方便麪，超级美味，虽然听説不怎么健康。本地特色的小食很好吃。

A newly opened hotel (2024) right in the center of BSD city, just 10 menit walk from The Breeze and Aeon Mall. Modern facilities, nice pool and gym, and tasty breakfast. The only downside is that the rooms are not very sound proof.

服务人员都很好，酒店位置离机场大概40分钟到1个小时的路程，人都很和善，早餐自助也不错，只是有些菜品不太符合中国人的口味，我喜欢吃辣，挑辣的吃，没有踩大坑

服务很周到，帮忙搬行李，和叫出租车。自助餐也丰盛。总体设施环境不错，挺新的，有健身房和泳池。不好的地方：不提供矿泉水；衞生间拉门坏了，这个拉门的设计真不好。2025年10月入住

房间有点小，床非常小。旁边是个公园，早餐还可以。对了，不要点他们家的小火锅，一个人168K，按人头算，东西一言难尽，反正是坑。

出差盲选的酒店，意外的惊喜，房间设施很新，早餐好吃，服务也很好。要特别感谢前台Andrew先生，人很nice,有耐心，讲解又非常细致，我们得到了他热情的服务。很愉快的入住体验，有机会再去还要选这家酒店

I stay at Ibis Styles BSD to attend Half Marathon event at ICE BSD. The location is strategic, close to ICE, The Breeze, and Aeon BSD. Recommended for staying with family because this hotel is kids friendly, there are some arcade games in the lobby, kids pool, and small playground for kids. The room is clean, breakfast is good, and the staffs are nice.

Ibis Styles Serpong BSD City is a really nice hotel that balances the functions for business and leisure. You can do business while relaxing and you can relax while conducting business in BSD. I appreciate the swimming pool, spa/massage service, and the gym - that really rejuvenate me after a long day of working. The hotel has great access, short ride to nearby shopping malls, and easy access to the regional toll road. The breakfast quality is also high. Will come back here if I do business in BSD.
