?I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay here. We have traveled extensively as a family, and this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely taken care of. ?What really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They didn't just do their jobs, they truly went out of their way to be kind and welcoming: ?Isla at breakfast was an absolute ray of sunshine. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, starting every morning on such a positive note. ?The Concierge (the charming older gentleman) was fantastic. He was so helpful and genuinely nice, it shows how much he loves his job. ?A massive, heartfelt thank you to Sophie. We were celebrating my son's birthday during our trip, and she made it a point to make the occasion extra special for him. ?Beyond the service, the facilities were impeccable. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. It is rare to find a hotel room that truly has everything you could possibly need, but they nailed it here. It was comfortable, clean, and huge, perfect for a family. ?The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring fresh options that we looked forward to every day. ?If you are looking for a place that combines luxury comfort with heartwarming hospitality, look no further.

Staff was great. The room was very spacious and modern. The hotel is right next to tram stop so getting around is a breeze! We would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful time!

位置很好，就是停车要转到楼后方，一系列操作有点费脑。早餐还可以，比较丰盛。房间乾净整洁，还给小朋友礼物。

Exzellentes Hotel in guter Lage Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Avenue Luise, etwas unterhalb des Brüsseler Stadtzentrums. Die Gegend ist belebt, mit vielen guten Restaurants und vielen Gesch?ften. Mit der Strassenbahn geht es recht zügig ins Stadtzentrum. Schon der erste Eindruck war super: Eine freundliche Dame empfing uns unten, am Eingang, erkl?rte uns vieles, beschrieb den Zugang zum Parkhaus (21,- die Nacht), nahm unsere Koffer entgegen und brachte uns zur eigentlichen Rezeption im 1. Stock. An der Rezeption ging alles schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett. Unsere Junior Suite war zugleich ein kleines Studio mit Küchenzeile. Dort war wirklich alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Spüle, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr etc. Und diese Küchenzeile gliederte sich bestens ins Zimmer ein, sodass sie nicht den Raum dominierte. Sehr modern und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und Wohnzimmertisch. Kleine Büronische. Balkon zur Rückseite, also kein Strassenl?rm. Ruhig. Grosses, modernes, sauberes Bad. Sehr breites und bequemes Bett. Viel Platz. Einfach super! Frühstück im 1. OG wo sich auch die Rezeption und eine kleine Bar befindet. Wir haben aus Zeitgründen nicht dort gefrühstückt, k?nnen daher nichts zur Qualit?t sagen. Es kostet aber 20,- pro Person. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Alles in allem sind wir absolut begeistert von diesem Hotel und haben uns vorgenommen, wieder hierherzukommen. Absolute Empfehlung

Concierge Dominique war eine Perle w?hrend des gesamten Aufenthaltes. MERCI. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Eher Apartment Hotel, die Gerüche vom kochen in anderen Zimmern k?nnen " nerven"! Ebenso die Lautst?rke aus anderen Zimmern. Die Garageneinfahrt ist extrem eng.........aber ein sicherer Ort für die Nacht, In der Umgebung, bei sehr kurzer Gehdistanz tolle Restaurants.....Primo, Bugatti und Dolce. Auch ein Carfour gleich um die Ecke, Alles in allem ein sehr gutes "Hotel".

Great equipped apartment hotel Very good hotel with large apartment rooms. Kitchen really useful with induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven and microwave. Lots of utensils came in room. Living area large with sliding door to separate bed area

Une belle adresse pour un Bruxelles vivant Un service attentionné, de belles chambres et une bonne situation à Bruxelles, entre Ixelles et Saint-Gilles dans des quartiers vivants. Un petit parking mais au final vie pratique, on peut aussi se garer dans les rues environnantes
