Best stay in tibilisi . Very near to center. Excellent service and well maintained and clean

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem.
The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi.
I would come back here again.

可能靠近跨年时间预订的所以挺贵的 不值得我付的价钱 但是酒店房间还可以 位置很宽大 还有阳台 晚上后面的足球场声音很大 不是很隔音

We spent in this hotel last 2 days of our trip. Amazing spa, good gym and room we had. The most important thing I want to share that this hotel has the best hospitality I’ve ever had in Tbilisi. If we needed smth they did it immediately. And in our last day we had 10 more hour before the flight and hotel allowed led to leave our luggage in storage. That’s a good point from their side.

很舒适的酒店，有一个小伙子还自学了中文，所以很踏实，早餐纯西式自助，前台尽职尽责，也会帮你找包车去卡兹别克的司机

There was a construction going on beside the hotel, no one informed us. Couldn’t sleep or rest at all, when we informed, they didn’t care, they can’t do anything. I got 3 room cards and I had check out early, there was only 2 cards with me other card was in the room. I was already late for airport, the night staff said; They need to check the room otherwise there would be a charge. I told him to charge right now I can’t deal with this anymore it’s ridiculous. I had to pay extra money just because I left the card in the room. There is not enough bath towels or water. When I asked to night manager, got no response “Everything is closed”

Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning:
1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands.
2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me.
If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

По моему мнению - один из лучших отелей Тбилиси по соотношению цена-качество. Пешком до центра далековато, но с ценами на такси в Тбилиси - всё в порядке) Недалеко есть магазин.
Снял звезду за не подогреваемый крытый бассейн, капающий конденсат с потолка в храме и запах в мужском туалете в СПА. Завтрак хороший.
Сейфа и халатов в номере стандарт нет.

酒店房间很乾净。但距离地铁站10多分钟路程。小小斜路上山。第1天步行，之后啲已经全部打车往市区景点。酒店有泳池和按摩泳池。1天回来，浸一浸很舒服。早餐也很不错。总结，除了地点位置，其他都很满意。
