The room we were in was infested with ants. That got in our luggage, was in the closet, and the bathroom. When we reported to staffing they didn’t feel empathy for the situation and we were stuck in a room that wasn’t well prepared.
The staff was very nice and helpful! The beds weren't comfortable and the floor was very dirty. The location was good. It was kind of a pain to get to the room. The elevator was very small, only fits 3 people.
O quarto tinha um cheiro de esgoto MUITO forte, desagradável, isso foi terrível. A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa e prestativa, resolveu todos os problemas e atendeu nossos pedidos. O café da manh? é padr?o Itália, bem ok. O sistema de climatiza??o funciona bem, apenas o box do chuveiro é bastante apertado.
Abbiamo dormito a Firenze con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura era pulita, accogliente e in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato davvero gentile: ci ha dato tante informazioni utili su cosa visitare e sulle tempistiche per organizzare al meglio le nostre giornate. Le camere erano confortevoli e silenziose, perfette per riposare dopo le visite. Anche la colazione era buona e abbondante.
Consigliamo questo posto a chi vuole scoprire Firenze in famiglia!
Localiza??o maravilhosa. Mas um cheiro muito desagradável. Recepcao horrível, o recepcionista só estava no check In depois n?o tinha mais ninguém nos 3 dias de diária. Sinaliza??es dos quartos com papel A4. Atendimento do Lucca muito bom.
