Guest user：the hotel is small and nice, modern design, friendly stuff. a little bit overpriced but you are still asked to pay extra 10% service fee for the hotel stuff at the end. i have never seen it before in any hotel and find it not correct. please change your price policy.: 2023-01-01

Guest user：Small hotel, family-owned, cottage style in the heart of Gramado. Walk in distance to main street as well all restaurants. Decor is log cabin chic with a twist. Dishes are typical Brazilian cuisine and local bartender André makes difference . Bed and linens are of good quality, shower and amenities excellent: 2023-03-01

Guest user：This hotel was outstanding!!!! I actually stayed in the room with the balcony in the picture. I was welcomed warmly and wonderfully. As I speak no Portugese they were very accommodating and we worked things out easily with Google translate. And then they set up a Whats App chat line where we were able to easily communicate back and forth. The room was very modern and very inviting. Great details throughout! There was a lovely board of snacks available for me when I entered - and a hand written welcome note!! Then I discovered that the mini bar is entirely complimentary - and it was well stocked. Breakfast the next morning was completely over the top - and included in the price. When I signed out I was even provided a little gift bag!! And all of this for a great price. I think this just may be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in!!: 2023-10-01
