Lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly. Small but cute room that suited our needs for a few days.

James met me at the ferry and brought me tight to the suite. 200 yards away. Easy access to everything. I locked part of my luggage in the room by mistake when I was leaving and he was there in 2 minutes to rescue me to catch my ferry on time. I was on my own so didn’t require much but he certainly was there when I needed help:)

Excellent location 2 minutes from the ferry port but the double glazing meant no noise. Small room but was comfortable. Good value.

Had the most lovely stay at Esperance in October. The hotel is in the most ideal location just opposite the port - got checked in before our ferry had even left the port! Reception was very friendly. Got directed to a lovely fresh room. Beds were super comfortable, and the whole room was immaculate. Appeared freshly renovated. Bathroom was great - small but really nicely done. Breakfast was also worth paying for - got a selection of lots of different breakfast foods (table service) and coffee was great. They also let us leave our bags all day as we had a very late ferry out of Syros the day we were leaving. The best hotel on our Greek trip so far. Cannot believe how reasonable the price was either. Thank you very much! We will be back!

Flott hotell i hjertet av byen og 20 meter til busstasjon. P? dette hotellet blir en tatt godt vare p?. Veldig hyggelig personale, rent og pent. En bestiller frokost ut fra en liste noe vi syntes var helt fantastisk. Ingen buffet med svett mat. Alt var frist og hygienisk. Tusen takk for oss. Kommer gjerne igjen. Best regard Rune

The service provided by Kostas to me is of the highest standard. There was a confusion with two bookings which was my own doing but Kostas went over and beyond to rectify the issue and to help me as soon as possible. I am very grateful for the assistance, understanding and empathy he showed to my situation. Definitely worth staying at a hotel where they care about their customers.

Very nice and cosy hotel across the road from the port. You actually look at the hotel when you get off the boat. Helpful staff, and very clean. The bus station is only a few meters away, where you easy can take buses to the different beaches on the island. The center of the town with plenty of hood restaurants is just a small walk aeay. Even so close to the bus station, road and port, it is quite quiet in the rooms.

Esperance 1: all though we were in the port, I would say this hotel was in a great location, right across the street from the port and Bus stop. The Hotel staff was full of information, spoke good English and was able to help us with our excursions and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was included and was fresh and satisfying. The rooms were small, but we had everything we needed. There is no elevator, but the staff will help you with your bags as you need. As we were on the third floor.
