We do not advertise ourselves as a five-star property, but as a clean and budget-friendly accommodation. Your room was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and no sand was present at that time.Although not directly on the beach, the property is located in a seaside area. Given the event you attended, it is possible that sand was unintentionally brought into the room on footwear and transferred to the linens.
