Guest user：The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Guest user：Location was not great and quite a distance from JR station. Staff at counter can't understand English and not that helpful until the next day we meet a staff that can speak Mandarin. My wife doesn't like the toilet lighting as it was very dim. We had dinner at the hotel and surprisingly it was great as it was cooked by 2 elderly lady.
