Recently I was exploring Dharan. I was on a solo ride. This hotel is situated at the road side and is very convenient to get taxi and walkable distance from the main market too. The front desk officer, Ms. Pratikshya Rai, was very professional on her work, well mannered, sweet, polite and very helpful. All the staff was great. Safe place to park your vehicle as it also has underground parking. Food was lovely, very tasty and varieties of drinks too. They accept Indian Rupees too.

We were here for a number of days and we had a brilliant time. Reading other reviews I agree it is not the Ritz but we were made to feel extremely welcome. WiFi is great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were brilliant especially Leila Limbu.

I statyed here as I was booked by the people inviting me. Its probably one of the good hotels in this small city but the rooms have no mini-fridge, no creamer (for tea/coffee) and regarding hot water, they want you to call 1 hour in advance - even then the water is just not very cold (but not hot water). Windows look out into the lobby - so you have to keep the curtains drawn. Basically a primitive setup.

Clean rooms with nicely working Air-conditioning. The hallways, the restaurant and the stairs are well taken care of. The members of the staff are friendly and responsive. The kitchen has a team of highly gifted people. A shout-out to the restaurant hosts! Gajur's service is indeed impeccable!
