Guest user：Visited this hotel earlier in May this year and loved it that much we have now booked to return in April 2025. In May this year we weren’t meant to stay at this hotel having previously booked to stay somewhere else but changed our holiday to this hotel a couple of weeks before due to negative reviews about our original hotel we had planned to stay at. So happy we did swap to this hotel as it was amazing. When we arrived we had issues with our aircon not working properly, they sent someone out to fix it which it then started working for a day or so and then sadly broke again. Reception said they would move us to a different room, we expected to just be put in the same type of room before but they actually upgraded us to one of their much newer rooms (block D), free of charge, which was completely unexpected and great customer service. We found out you do have the option to choose your room before your stay on the TUI Blue app once you have a booked your holiday for €10 per night, so we have opted to stay in a room situated in block D for when we return in April as they’re definitely worth it. As the hotel is built on a hill (amazing views) there is a shuttle bus that runs up and down every 10 mins and stops at different ‘bus stops’ along the way. The food at the buffet was incredible, the best food we’ve ever had at an all inclusive buffet restaurant. There was so much choice to choose from. The resort is huge, there’s 3 pools and a beach so you never have any issues finding sunbeds. We preferred the pool at the top of the resort as it was always quiet, there was a bar there and I liked the fact they had some sandwiches available if you didn’t fancy leaving the pool area for lunch. We went into the local town Sarigerme a couple of times to have a look around, reception will book you a taxi which then arrives within 10 mins. Think we paid ￡4-￡5 one way. I can be quite picky with hotels but we had such an amazing holiday at this hotel and can’t wait to return in April next year
Guest user：Looking to book again already. First visit to Turkey & blown away. Stunning Hotel with wonderful staff in every department. Location/room Perfect Massive thank you to Serdal who we went to twice a day for archery lessons. He is a brilliant teacher and loves his job. He also took us for the outdoor Bluefit (boot) camp with logs & a tractor tyre, brilliant highly recommend. Zozan yoga angel, fantastic way to start the day with sunrise yoga, missed this class when it wasn’t on?♀? Aqua gym was fantastic in the Lagoon Pool, stunning setting down at the beach. Another great instructor who loved her job. Food, not a fan of a buffet, I loved to be served, I’m a Head Chef for an international law firm in London and when I’m away I want to be waited on hand and foot, so I do love à la carte restaurant. BUT, this buffet was mind blowing every single day from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I could not stop taking photos and posting the amazing food, from whole sea bass, tiger prawns, kebabs, pasta was outstanding, salad bar was incredible as where the choice of dressings and dips. Nuts, seeds, dried/fresh/candied/tinned fruit. Ice cream counter was wonderful. I could go on and on. Chefs were immaculate and so hard working I wish I could take you back to work for me. Waiting/bar staff were always happy and nothing too much trouble. I now know what a foodie hotel looks like. (Ive been to some amazing 5* hotels)It was also lovely to go to the à la carte restaurant and dine under the stars, so I did at least get one served meal. I agree with other reviews, the buffet was so incredible I didn’t need to try The Grill. Be nice if it was included when you stay 7 nights or more. I’m a foodie so I would have liked to have seen the food there. Overall, the resort was stunning. No rush to put towels down, plenty of sunbeds, would have liked the comfortable covers from the beach on the pool beds, but you can’t have everything. Loads of beautiful outside pools and areas to sunbath, secret garden was an oasis and you had an oasis pool area at the top of the resort. I have never ever written such a long review and I could go on forever. The award wall in reception says it all. I can’t wait to return. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING IN EVERYWAY. Thank you Seno and Turkey
Guest user：This was our 3rd visit to this amazing Hotel. My review from 2023 says it all, but this time it certainly did not disappoint. We had asked for the same room and had received confirmation from the customer liaison chap that this was all fine. However, when arriving, which was early hours, we did not have the same room as promised. We went to the room, and soon realised although it was very far up the hill, it was overlooking the Oasis Pool, which we had never ventured to on our previous visits and we loved it even more. The room had been refurbished, beautiful room, so clean and modern with a fabulous view, and we loved the option at staying by the Oasis pool as a change from the beach or ending the afternoon there before going in to change for dinner. The staff here are amazing. So friendly. Food is the best we have experienced and we need to stop comparing other hotels to it, but it's very difficult as it is so good. The beach area is fabulous, private to the hotel, clean and welcoming. Food at lunch here is good, and you can vary it on some days by getting the buses back up to the main building, which was also excellent. The buses, for those like us who are starting to struggle a little with big hills, were amazing. The drivers are super friendly, and they are always going up and down. Unfortunately, it doesn't always eliminate the odd rude guests, but you find them everywhere. Entertainment is low key but decent enough. I particularly enjoyed the beach party, with music, fruits, cake, and extra cocktails where the hotel teams come down and join in the fun. Some days as it was so hot, the staff came around with chilled face cloths, which is certainly a lovely gesture and an example of how this hotel goes the extra distance. I was wondering where the goats went! Saw these on previous visits, on our walk down to the beach but not this time? We love this place. The weather in July was fabulous and generally around 35°. I love this, but my husband finds it too much. So, we have certainly booked again for 2025, but going in September instead, to a more comfortable temperature. If we could we would go three times a year. We are again hoping to ask for our sane room again for next year and fingers crossed we get it, as I'm sure there is a way to do this. Suggestions welcome. Guest user：A wonderful hotel like a trailer of heaven. Food, rooms are wonderful, staffs are always smiling, entertainment and sports activities are really professional, silent party is very different and enjoyable. It may be the most beautiful bay in the area.
