Lovely setting, kind staff and great pitches. Was a clean site with great facilities. No noise from neighbours and plenty of walking around the area . Would stay again if in the area. Giid electric supply, water easy to get to. Showers and toilets clean.

Excellent location for touring Loch Lomond and Loch Fyne. Really lovely site, washing facilities warm and clean (20p for 3 mins ??) take your coins, had a slight issue the first night when someone decided to park in our pitch, tight squeeze and emailed the office, lovely lady turned up the following morning, made sure the truck had moved and then sent maintenance back to come off a lovely spot for us. Great friendly knowledgable team, thank you ??

Absolutely brilliant time , lovely modern lodge with a hot tub , so peaceful at night , never heard a Sound from nearby campers , so handy for nearby restaurants , definitely be back ! Lodge had great facilities , well kitted out with really comfy beds !

Lovely site, beautifully maintained, nice big pod which was a good price, no toilet or shower in pod but didn’t really find it an issue as the toilet block was so close, dog friendly, nice staff. Great location. Would definitely stay again and was perfect for what we wanted. Nice walks near by and short walk to the loch. Nice restaurants and amenities near by

Lodge H was perfect.. Its been a few years since we stayed in Lomond woods having been many times . Now that all accommodation is now pet friendly we were a little sceptical as we only ever stayed in pet free accommodation. But our lodge was spotless and perfect, it has the bonus of a hot tub as well.The lodge has 2 very spacious bedroom , 2 great bathroom a great kitchen and utility room, living area is large with plenty of room and a great decking area to the front and side . We had a great holiday in Lomond woods and will return . Top marks for cleanliness.

Perfectly acceptable accommodation and pretty standard. Near everything we needed. No issues appart from no games room which is advertised on the the website. Our 17, 14 and 12 yr old could have done with that as they were a bit too old for the park. Only gripe was it did seem as if there was some sort of car meet outside at night.

A chilly but atmospheric visit to Lomond Woods over the weekend, in the Motorhome, super easy to find with contactless checkin was easy, just drive up to the gates and number plate recognition get you in. No pre allocated pitch, just choose your pitch type you booked. Site was full and only fully serviced pitches were left costing ￡68 for 2 nights. Good size pitch of gravel with shrubbery between, it did state 10/16 amp for the pitch so unsure what we actually got. TV connection also on pitch for fully serviced. We chose pitch 11, only 10 and 11 left, slight slope towards the front and off camber slightly. As we didn’t bring a Tv cable we had to rely on our own vans aerial which obviously didn’t pick up any signal, but heyho the scenery made up for that. Shower block was immaculate with copious amounts of hot water, though push button showers gave you about 30s of water, but certainly not an issue. Site is located on the outskirts of Balloch just off the A82 some road noise is definitely heard but again not an issue. Loch Lomond and Lomond shores shopping centre/sea life centre just a 10 minute walk away. Site was full but most of these appeared to be seasonal pitches with Statics, lodges, cabins and pods making up the majority of the site. Overall a great site for a quick stop over, a tad expensive but will be back to spend longer trying out some water sports on the loch in the summer With everything being contactless we didn’t interact with the staff but they were always round. Good children’s play area available which was spotless and close to all the activities Loch Lomond offers

We really liked Lomond Woods Holiday Park. We booked a 4 bed luxury lodge for a family get together of 7 adults and 2 children who are under 2 years old and I was a bit worried that the lodge might be a little small for so many of us but I needn’t have been concerned. It was spacious, amazingly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Reception staff were very helpful when we had trouble locating the lodge on arrival. Maybe giving the lodges names might help rather than just a letter. There is more than one lodge B on site and we ended up trying to get in to one that was already occupied! The park itself is very clean, well spaced out and pretty with lots of trees, and planting. There is a small play area for children as well. Only criticism of the park really is the wifi is not great. Our family from Belgium and Poland incurred roaming charges because it was so hit and miss connecting to the free wifi. Location wise it is fabulous. Just a few minutes walk into Balloch itself for access to Loch Lomond and the country park as well as the train station , shops and restaurants. Very happy with our choice and we would definitely book Lomond Woods again in the future.

Here for 2 nights in motorhome Not overly impressed. Seems to be 50 statics and 50 tourers Nice location but pitches not level and facilities not good. No grey water emptying as far as we could see and toilet blocks although clean need maintainance. 2 of the 4 showers the doors would not shut or lock. No plugs in washing up area. Sorry but will not be returning.

Stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Deluxe Lodge with hot tub. Everything about our stay was excellent. Self check in was very easy and the lodge was very spacious and clean. Great location, only a 10min walk from Loch Lomond. We were staying with our 2 year old daughter and there was an excellent play park for her and lots of days out nearby suitable for families.
