Guest：In the heart of it all. Great location close to everything. Be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage on your first and last day though. Wonderful breakfast service and coffee. Traditional Sicilian foods. All rooms are different so check which you have. I was disappointed that ours had no view or outside balcony but that’s on me. Would stay again for sure.

He is an amazing chef and makes many things himself including delicious homemade yogurt, jams, cakes, and more. Staying with Pepito is like being part of a Sicilian family and you feel at home!!! Guest：The owner is a lovely and brings a warm welcome. Offered us an espresso and fresh baked cake/bread when we were checking in. Our breakfast in the morning was amazing with bread, bruschetta, savory omelette, meat and cheese, small pieces of pizza slices, cake, juice and coffee. It's a great location and a short walk from parking your car at the parking lot by the beach (don't drive into the ZTL zone). We have 2 older daughters and the room with the loft was great for our family. The only con is that the water pressure in the shower is not strong. The air conditioner cools down the room fast (as you can't leave it on once you leave the room). The room is very clean. Note there are steep set of stairs to get to the reception and rooms.
