The location of this hotel is good, it is convenient for Tbilisi Old Town and has plenty of restaurants within a few steps. Overall though, it was a disappointing stay for us. We found the standard room we were issued to be ridiculously small - more of a single room with a double bed in it and there was no room to move. The air con was mediocre and the shower leaked badly. After an upgrade to a deluxe room, we were much more comfortable. Our experience with the reception staff wasn't brilliant, we didn't feel particularly welcomed, or that they cared in any way about us as guests. The serving staff in the restaurant were the complete opposite thankfully, friendly, helpful and welcoming and the food was pretty good and reasonably priced.

Maye this hotel had problems before so some guests left bad reviews. If so, they definitely changed. We didn't have any of the said problems in our 2 day, extended to 3 day, stay. The hotel is very clean, very convenient. The free breakfast is as good as any decent but expensive hotels can offer, and the staff are very friendly and helpful (considering their English proficiency). If there's one minor thing they can do to help, it's that the lights installed on the edge of the second floor balcony should have a cover to block the light coming to the second floor rooms. Overall, it's an excellent hotel.

The hotel is in a good location: an easy walk to the Dry Bridge flea market, several museums, many restaurants, Carrefour market, and a shopping mall. The compact room barely had space for us plus our luggage. It had the best shower of our two-week trip, with shelves for our use and dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. Our room had a mini fridge, electric kettle, and reliable WiFi. Breakfast starts at 8 am. The breakfast buffet included eggs, meat, khachapuri, cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, fruit, cheese, instant coffee, and tea. There is no elevator.

I cannot praise the hotel and staff enough. The hotels location is perfect to see Old Tbilisi and good for the rest of the city sites also. The staff were so helpful in every way. Anything we asked to be done was done extremely quickly. The restaurants food was excellent on the one occasion we ate there. The live music on the Saturday night was brilliant, the young lady was voice was superb. We had a balcony suite at the front of the hotel with a good view of the square and a small park outside. I would recommend to anyone and stay again
