Apartment is very new and its a short walk to the Cologne cathedral and christmas markets. It is easy to find eateries in the vicinity and supermarket is close by too.
I had a problem with the key card as if cannot be used to open the door, had to wait for IT guy from other site to get to at for 2 hours. Once resolved all went well.
