I recently had the pleasure of staying two weeks at this beautiful new property in South Reno, and it exceeded my expectations in every category. The location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from the Summit Mall and grocery shopping at either Walmart or Raleys, while remaining peaceful and quiet. The standout property is expertly run under the direction of the General Manager, Miguel. His leadership clearly trickles down to the staff, as the hospitality here is top-tier. I want to specifically highlight Alexis, Mayya, and Makeila. As an international solo traveler, their courtesy and engaging conversation made my journey so much more enjoyable. It is rare to find a team that makes you feel this welcome. Property and Amenities ? The Views: If you can, grab a room on the western side—the mountain views are absolutely spectacular. ? Facilities: Both the gym and laundry facilities are terrific and well-maintained. ? Dining: They offer a modest but truly delicious breakfast to start the day. ? Cleanliness: A huge thank you to the housekeeping and maintenance teams; the property is spotless and everything functions perfectly. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is easily one of the best spots to stay in Reno. I will definitely be back!

Great new hotel. Perfect location for a weekend of skiing with the family. We stayed in a two queen, one bedroom suite. Plenty of room for our family of 4.

Everything is awesome!.. The entire facility is clean. Reasonable price. Staffs are friendly. Peaceful surroundings. Near to everything.

Room was, comfortable, nice and roomy. I personally didn’t like that the shower is open and doesn’t close. The only real negative Is the breakfast area. It is so small and congested and theres only 1 waffle maker and every one was just trying to Squeeze their way around. Taste of food, 3/10

Booked this place for me and my family’s weekend trip for snow. Friendly staff, clean environment and very nice rooms. The breakfast could be better with options but overall a really nice stay.

Fabulous site, everything was excellent including the breakfast, however the wifi was terrible. Hopefully this will get fixed quickly

Stayed at this Residence Inn and had a fantastic experience. Since the hotel is only about six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for both short and extended stays. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast was well organized with a good variety, and the common areas were clean and comfortable. Overall, this Residence Inn delivers exactly what you hope for: comfort, convenience, and great service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Friendly service and updated decor. Only issue was a very loud heater….like a jet engine. Very convenient location close to freeway, restaurants, and shops.

Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Room is clean and roomy. Breakfast is good. Outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi looks nice but I didn’t try.

Best property I’ve stayed at in the last two years. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the entire building was well kept. Would recommend for anyone coming to Reno area.
