So my company usually books me at a different hotel, so when they booked me at this hotel I was exited to finally get a chance to try it. Compliments to the chef in this hotel, I really loved the food and mind you I didn't get a chance to go for buffet, it was all room service. The chef is definitely one for the keeps. The room and bathroom were adequately spacious and I loved that you get an iron and ironing board in the room - very convenient. The reception staff not so great though but I wouldn't say all out bad but there's room for improvement.

It was nice to stay in the hotel but the staff from reception and restaurant are horrible. I hope they can improve on the way they treat the guests.

General the management is well organised, l like during breakfast the supervisor passing in every table asking were satisfied

A comfortable and friendly hotel in a great location. The quality of the food is excellent as are the members of staff who were brilliant.

Excellent hotel and great value . Room was amazing - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable and shower superb . Breakfast has a great selection including an egg station. We had a slight issue with dinner but Fredeline’s excellent customer service was outstanding.

Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet room, all staff were amazing. Check in was easy and great customer service. The restaurant on site is very convenient and open late no need to leave the hotel. Delicious food and wine! Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Across from Iilanga mall, safe and secure parking. Will stay here again.

They stay t the capital was very peaceful, place is very lovely, no disturbances, the stuff is very welcoming and very friendly and of course they know how to treat clients in a very professional way

Noisy hotel. After complaints reception moved me to quieter room. Excellent service, good meals, nice decor. Do something about noisy rooms with excellent views.
