Friendly welcome & excellent motel room, just outside Cambridge, which is well worth a visit for breakfast. Used as a base between our Waitomo caves & Hobbiton visits. Very clean & comfortable, lovely bathroom & shower, onsite laundry very useful & easy to use.

Super clean, laundry on-site, kitchenette, helpful, friendly staff. Often it’s hit-and miss with unknown hotels. This was a very pleasant surprise. Plus it’s close to many of the things we wanted to see like Hobbiton, Rotorua, and Wai-O-Tapu.

Everyone was fine, but you think they could give you more than two pods for the coffee. Just feels so cheap.

Rooms are quite nice. Steven was an excellent host and manager. Extremely nice place. I highly recommend Kelly Road Cambridge

Was very good with my leg in a cast, very friendly and accomodating, easy access and would now be my fav place to stay in cambridge. If I was to say anything, the sheets were so crisp, i felt like i was in a crisp packet lol

Room was super clean and bathroom was really spotless. Good amenities, good for nice, simple stay. Easy check in and check out.

Very nice accomodation. Clean and new. Well laid out rooms and property. A good guest laundry.

Though the exterior doesn't look like a lot the actual room was quite spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was great for a short stay. Plenty of dishes, nice coffee maker and supplies. Front desk provides milk for coffee as needed (nice!). Good table and chairs with space to hang out in the room. The staff was friendly, professional and quite supportive - provided milk for coffee, coins for laundry machines, ice on request. All of which made our stay much smoother and enjoyable. The towels in the bathroom were quite big and comfortable. The shower was spacious and the water temperature was easily adjusted. Overall a very nice place to go site-seeing the North Coast from.
