  • Guest：Staff was pleasant. Room was great. Location has become a fave!
  • Guest：Uptown Charlotte, was clean but to start, the service was bad from the front and the valet wasn’t available to trucks, the garage is super tight and low clearance so wouldn’t recommend being a personal vehicle here. The beds and towels were crunchy but at least the location was ok.
  • Guest：There's no pool closed 3 years ago, rooftop is only for parties reserved. Parking garage is not connected and staff has a real issue with you trying to load and unload the car in the loading area. Avoid this hotel it was very stressful, and inconvenient. So many bumbs outside and people smoking ********* in thr parking garage. They also don't offer you cookies like the doubletree is known for
