We had a phenomenal stay and regretted only staying for one night! The property was beautiful and Carolina was absolutely wonderful to us. Her kindness and helpful recommendations were so appreciated! I hope to return again in the (hopefully not too distant) future.

Location magica, ben curata nei minimi dettagli. Proprietari carinissimi e attenti a tutto, ci han coccolati e viziati. Punto strategico collegato ai siti più caratteristici della bellissima Toscana, da ritornarci sicuramente. Complimenti Carolina e Paolo e grazie ancora di cuore!!! A presto.

Rezydencja Caroliny i Paulo to zaczarowane miejsce, ukryte od zgie?ku. Je?li potrzebujesz ciszy i spokoju, to idealne miejsce ?????????? Pokoje s? czyste, urz?dzone w rustykalnym stylu. ?niadania sa zró?nicowane, ka?dy znajdzie co? dla siebie ??, a rogaliki pieczone przez Caroline to “niebo w g?bie” ?????? Duzy basen pozwala na chwile rekreacji ?? a ogród daje schronienie przed gor?cem. W pobli?u ?wietna restauracja La Locanda delle Scuderie. ?wietne miejsce w odkrywaniu Toskanii ??

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte ma è stato davvero tutto perfetto! L’accoglienza e disponibilità dei proprietari, la bellezza del luogo, pulizia e cura dei dettagli nel rispettare lo stile originario del casale. Ottima colazione, stanza ampia, ospitalità anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Facilmente raggiungibile dall’uscita autostradale di Chiusi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la bellissima terra etrusca. Ci torneremo più che volentieri. Grazie

Carolina e Paolo sono davvero molto ospitali. La location è immersa nel verde, le stanze sono molto curate e la colazione è davvero genuina. Siamo stati in agriturismo per una sola notte (purtroppo) ma ci ritorneremo certamente. Ottima posizione tra Chianciano, lago Trasimeno e Città della Pieve.

My mom and I stayed here only 3 nights while on and extended Italy vacation but has wished we had more time to enjoy this lovely stopover. Al Giardino degli Estruchi is everything that I wanted in a Bed and Breakfast in the Tuscany Countryside. It was a welcome break from fast pace of the big city after leaving Florence. The hosts, Carolina and Paolo, were very lovely and took great care in assuring our visit was wonderful. From a delicious, home-made breakfast spread, including farm fresh eggs, to excellent recommendations on where to dine and visit locally. The villa is a quaint, warm, and inviting. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in the house of Paolo and Caroline for almost three weeks. We have never felt more welcome then at this place. It is a well renovated traditional Italian house with nice and very clean rooms. Every morning we were woken by the smell of fresh bread and we were treated like kings by Paolo and Carolina. The house, the pool, everything is beautiful and clean. There is also a lot to see and do in the surrounding area and Paolo and Carolina are gladly willing to point to you the hidden gems in Toscane and Umbria. We had three perfect weeks, and are really thankful to Paolo and Carolina for having us at this please. This accommodation is by far the best i’ve booked in the recent years. Will come back for sure.
