Smooth check in. Hot water/drinks available from reception at very reasonable prices. Rate is room only. There is not a dedicated restaurant but there is one next door.

Horrid experience, awful service from all staff. Even checked me into a room with someone inside it. Pay a little more for a better service and a better stay.

Right in the heart of Leeds city centre, this hotel provides good value for money. However, check-in is a bit late at 3pm, and I had to pay an extra ￡15 to check in at 1pm. Still, I had a nice cosy room to myself at a reasonable price considering its location.
