Beautiful hotel! So clean and comfortable stay

Hotel di nuova gestione certamente non di grandi aspettative ma molto tranquillo e organizzato con all'ingresso un boccione d'acqua gratis per i clienti che possono riempire le proprio bottiglie a piacimento. Hotel situato in una traversa della 5th avenue, quindi posizione ottima, ma nonostante i tanti locali nelle vicinanze all'interno dell'hotel non si sente nulla dell'esterno. Staff disponibile e per un piccolo problemino che avevamo riscontrato al bagno in pochissimo tempo lo avevano risolto. Consigliato.

Reviewing Room #32 on the third floor. No elevator on property if you have larger checked bags or wheelchair. Excellent A/C. It takes about 5 minutes to get running hot water. 16sq ft room is enough for 1 person, iffy for 2 people. There is a water dispenser in the lobby. Amazing location near the heart of the action. Cost is 90% more affordable than the nearby Grand Hyatt where my friends stayed. If they can fix the hot water it would be a solid 5 star stay!

Sergio and the staff here were incredible. Very friendly and accommodating to all our wants and needs. When I return to playa de carmen I will be staying at the Coco Rio. The staff helped us with getting laundry, parking, and great recommendations for dinner and different experiences locally.

Staff was excellent Sergio and Thomas are extremely helpful in everything you might need on your trip. The price is worth every penny. I can't wait to go back. I Highly recommend staying there it is extremely close to 5th ave The price is well worth going back. Thanks Sergio see you and your staff soon.

Really close to La Quinta avenue and there’s always the sound of laughter on the other side of the front door. The staff are knowledgeable about activities near the region as well. Housekeeping came regularly every morning. Would highly recommend!!

Exelente experiencia, la ubicación es fantástica, sus instalaciones y el personal impecables. Super central de centros comerciales, tiendas, restaurantes y lo mejor cerca de la playa , Lo recomendaría siempre. Un lugar acto para cualquier ocasión ??

Ottima posizione vicino alla famosa 5 avenida e vicino alla spiaggia Personale gentilissimo e amabile Ottimo luogo per un riposo tranquillo e per riposare bene Ottimo funzionamento dei servizi Camere e bagno pulitissimi. Sicuramente lo consiglio per le vacanze e tornerò sicuramente.

It was the perfect location to access all that Playa del Carmen has to offer! It is literally one step off of Quinta Avenida with bars, shops, taxi stands, and even the ferry is close by. They had not received my reservation through *******, so they upgraded us to a suite, which was so thoughtful and appreciated! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We would definitely return again! The only downside was we were on the top floor, up three flights of steps, which was not ideal for luggage or us exhausted after a long day.

Excelente ubicación y el desayuno muy rico. Puntos a mejorar nunca salió agua caliente de la regadera a pesar de reportarlo todos los días y no nos hicieron limpieza ni toallas limpias. Por su precio creo que es una excelente opción
