We stayed here in the last week of September, there were 22 of us attending a family wedding from small babies to grandparents. The villa was perfect for our large family group and the children aged 9months to 12 years had loads to keep them entertained - from the outdoor heated pool (which I would definitely recommend heating for September), tennis courts, mini golf, trampolines, swing, ping pong table to the games room. It had everything we needed, including a gas bbq hot plate, charcoal bbq, toastier maker, all kitchen utensils and 2 large fridge freezers (on gf), dining space/ seating - all of which was great for eating in. Bathroom towels and towels for the sun loungers were also supplied. The Hilton hotel is just across the road and you can jump on a train which takes you to the marina which was a novelty for the children. Equally we used Uber which was handy and inexpensive. Fabio was brilliant, he responded almost immediately to any queries we had and came over within 5 minutes when there was an issue with the timer on the lights (which he resolved immediately). There is a gate which can be used to close off the pool area from the ground floor- this was a big plus, particularly for stopping the toddlers accessing this area at times during the day as well as at night. Upstairs is a modern self contained 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the pool and tennis courts. The area was is quiet and felt secure. All in all we had a fantastic time and the villa was absolutely ideal!

This villa is amazing, has everything you want and need. Been there 3 years running and it’s like our home from home. Has lots of things to do, tennis, putting green, pool table, areas to exercise and a few bits of equipment, lots of room outside to spread out. Inside it’s modern and clean. The host Fabio is so attentive and any poroblems he sorts immediately. The pool is great and salt water which is different. We love it there. You can get a food delivery too. It’s a fair walk to the Marina but we love it walk there and back most nights. Has a couple of local restaurants too which are great and a local supermarket within easy walking distance.

We are here now the 2nd week of July 2023 and it is everything that was advertised and more. Fábio is a fabulous host and with 15 of us , 7 grandkids from 9-20 , it has all the activities that no one wants to leave the house!! From the pool, tennis courts, golf and putt, ping pong, pool table and more. It has plenty of room so everyone can have their own space. Vilamoura is a beautiful area and weather is phenomenal. We will be back!!
