The room was clean but the sink was cracked and toilet seat broken. The window was too high up to open. Worst bit was it was opposite a night club that played music till 4 in the morning

The bathroom had huge amounts of mold in two corners. Staff not knowledgeable- asked for local restaurants but directed to two tourists areas Lido and shopping centre. Ended up finding places on my own.

Abysmal reception - unnecessarily costly.
We arrived late at 8pm and it was raining. Had informed the hotel that will arrive late. I had received only an email with 3 pictures. Absolutely, NO INSTRUCTIONS.
There was no receptionist. Only some automated locks. And no code was sent to me.
Could enter the hotel with the help of some good samaritans (guests). But, no clue about room number AND THE CODE TO ACCESS THE ROOM
The other guests then called up the hotel number and only then I could access the room (codes given over phone). THERE WERE NO HOTEL PERSONNEL ANYWHERE…
When I asked the receptionist next day - she was dismissive saying that she had sent the message and it is not her problem. No apologies - NOTHING.
Also, overall hotel room was costly and not worth the price tag.
They say it is an Hotel but actually it is just a Hostel….

The floor in the room was a bit dusty but everything else was clean and very nice. Excellent location in old town for shops, bars, transport and sight seeing. Reception was a bit poor prior to checking out. But overall very enjoyable.

场所は、旧市街の中心部から少一つ里の路地に入ったところにあります。フロントが10：00?17：00までしか空いてないです。出入りは隣のドアからパスワードを入力することで出入りできますが、早朝のチェックアウトだったのでカードキーを部屋に置いていくしかありませんでした。

Majoituspaikan l?yt?misess? ongelmia, koska ulkopuolella ei ollut kunnon kyltti?, vain A4 ikkunassa. Muuten ok, mutta kylpyhuoneessa hometta: rullakaihdinkangas homel?ikill? ja suihkukaapin alaosassa mustaa hometta. Huoneen lattia oli p?lyinen.
Kh:een ja huoneen pinnat siisti, vasta uusitut.
