  • Guest:It was good. But make sure to mention them if you require king size bed. The carpet can be cleaner. Please do add freshners in the corridor area as the carpets are stinking
  • Guest:Stay was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. Dining experience is a must try. Worth a visit. Ranjan at reception is a go to guy.
  • Guest:Very great experience.. comfort at Fern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food options are available for everyone. Very good Breakfast menu.
  • Guest:I usually associate the Series by Marriott brand with consistent quality and comfort, but unfortunately this property did not live up to those standards. The cleanliness was quite poor. The bedsheets had visible stains, which was disappointing and unacceptable. We had to change our room twice, and even after that, there were maintenance issues—water was leaking from both the bathtub and the washroom sink. Additionally, the curtains were not ironed at all, giving the room an overall neglected appearance. Did not ask for a third change as we had already wasted about 1.5 hours in getting a decent room after a much tiring journey. The breakfast was much below average and certainly not what one would expect from a Marriott-affiliated property. On a slightly positive note, dinner was comparatively better, though still not outstanding. Overall, this stay fell short of expectations for the brand - not value for money at all. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping, maintenance, and food quality to match Marriott standards.
