Immerse yourself in tropical vibes at our downtown oasis, featuring lush landscapes, Balinese furniture, and a captivating wall mural by local artist Carly Thomas.

Convenient Parking: Look for our light blue building on the left side of Coming Street, marked by our oyster shell driveway and Carly Thomas' artistic masterpiece. Enjoy one off-premises parking spot just around the corner, with Apt A at the bottom of the stairs on your left.

Apartment Details: Apt A is a cozy ground floor unit offering a 700 sqft retreat for up to 4 guests. It features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart television with YouTube TV, and wireless internet – creating a true home away from home.

Perfect Location: Nestled in the Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood, known as the "short term rental district," our location is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and vibrant nightlife. Explore Charleston's streets and neighborhoods by foot or bike!

Community Vibes: With four apartments in the building, you'll have the chance to meet fellow guests and make new friends. Southern Shangri-La welcomes everyone with open arms!

Considerate Stay: Being on the ground floor, you might hear some foot traffic from above, which is factored into our pricing. If you prefer a quieter stay, consider our other upstairs apartments.

Exclusive Access: Enjoy exclusive access to your private apartment, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The apartment is easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.

Parking Tips: While we can't provide additional parking, we recommend a nearby option at 558 King St. for $18 per day.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.

*Access to the?Wonderer?is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay.?For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups?of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance?to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The?Wonderer?management team.

*Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The?Wonderer?and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the?Wonderer?during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The?Wonderer?must be directed exclusively to The?Wonderer?staff. *

*The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass.

*Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County

*No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside)

*Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)?

*Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
