Guest：We had booked two rooms starting 2th of march 2023. This booking originated from the Covid period and was transferred to 2023. In January 2023, we were informed that one room had been reserved. We only were offered a family room. As we have an autistic son of 27, this is not an option for us. The fact Sting has a concert in that period and prices are up looks like the cause of it all.
