Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questa struttura, comoda a tutti i servizi, con supermercati aperti fino a tardi e situata in una zona fantastica, a due passi dal mare. Le spiagge, sia libere (piccole calette davvero suggestive) che attrezzate, sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Sempre a piedi si può arrivare anche nel centro, ricco di negozietti, ristoranti e bar. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e attento alla pulizia fino all’ultimo momento. Una menzione speciale al simpatico gatto che ci ha accolti con un caloroso "miao".
Già solo il proprietario, Nikos, meriterebbe 5stelle: accogliente, disponibile, cordiale..... La struttura è in una posizione centralissima... Ottima attenzione alla pulizia. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui aria condizionata, indispensabile per le calde sere.
Tutto perfetto,posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia e al centro ,pulizia impeccabile e il proprietario nikos e Alessandra 2 persone meravigliose .....simpatici gentile e pronti per ogni esigenza,veramente nulla da dire.ines e Giuseppe Italia
Our second time at these apartments and it won't be our last Nico is a great host The rooms are basic but some are refurbished. We had one which had been refurbished and the bathroom and shower were great. The whole place is spotlessly clean and it's obvious Nico takes great pride in his garden and apartments. Added bonus is he collects you from the airport and also takes you back to the airport on your day of departure. Thank you Nico for looking after us so well.
Camere e terrazze ampie, bagno ok. I fornelli non funzionavano e nemmeno il bollitore quindi è da considerarsi giusto una camera (seppur grande) con frigorifero. La posizione del complesso è buona a pochi minuti a piedi da tutto mentre se si capita sul versante interno o su quello che da sullo stradone cambia tutto in termini di silenziosità. Prezzo davvero irrisorio e gestori (Nikos e la moglie) tranquilli e cordiali.
What can i say, booked to stay here due to our other hotel being a building site. And so glad we did. Nikos the the owner cannot do enough for you. The hotel is very well kept, clean and tidy, The cleaner is lovely and always has a smile on her face and you see her everyday (except sunday). We had a nice little kitchenette with good clean pans, plates ect ect. The kettle looked brand new, the fridge worked well as did the freezer as we froze water for days at the beach. i/we cannot fault the place. A added bonus is the Towels are full size not like some where they wont even go round you...lol . Dont worry about staying here as you wont be disappointed , Enjoy have fun and enjoy your holiday. We have been coming to Kardamena for many years and have to say one of the best hotels we have stayed in....
We stayed for twelve nights at these apartments It was super that Nicos met us at the airport Our room was the usual type of Greek studio except that air con and safe were included in the price. They were cleaned every day by a lovely lady Nicos and his family were very friendly but not pushy! Would definitely recommend these apartments and hope to be back next year.
Arrived early hours 22/6. Nikos great guy . Gets me keys room. Sleep. Next day arrived from beach Your new room ready. Wow. So big. Balcony decent. Got sun daily 4pm. Very helpful man. He do anything u want. 5mins from centre. Beach shops. I will return to this great place.
Posizione ottimale a pochi passi dal centro di Kardamena e strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola. Camera pulita e servita di tutti i servizi necessari anche per cucinare. Il proprietario Nikos molto disponibile e cordiale. Consiglio vivamente!
