We go to Kos every year and always stay at Bouradanis Village Hotel., this is a quiet family run hotel. Clairy and her beautiful family always make us welcome and treat us like family. We love it there (going 10 yrs) as it is relaxing and peaceful, also close to the salt lake, with easy access to Marmari town, tingaki, kos town etc either by bus, taxi or bike. Evening meals are the best freshly cook with local ingredients, all cooked by Clairy herself, and Vasileios fires up the bbq on Sundays. The rooms (22) are very spacious and clean. Through the day you can relax by the pool with a cocktail and food is available at the bar area. As a whole Bouradanis is perfect and my self and husband won't go anywhere else, looking forward to next year xx
What can I say, 2 weeks of relaxation and beautiful food served by Mamma Clairey herself! I was extremely well catered for being vegan and gluten free! I enjoyed every tasty meal placed before me which was cooked to perfection and with love ?? so did my meat eating husband! The rooms are typically greek and have everything you need including the stunning views across the salt lake, sea, farm land and mountains! Just Amazing! The Bouradanis family are very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help ?? The pool area is peaceful, calm and relaxing and we had it to ourselves mostly! Plus, it's only a short walk to the supermarket and the gorgeous beach down the sandy lane! This holiday was exactly what we needed, a tranquil, serene, relaxing setting, friendly family atmosphere and of course the amazing, traditional, fresh, flavoursome, healthy food ?? Thank you Mamma Clairey and all the Boouradanis family ?? ????
Excellent séjour, h?tel familial au calme, repas fameux préparés par Clairy la propriétaire de l'établissement Quasiment tout est fait maison!!! Le bar,le service, tout est assuré en famille. Sourires et gentillesse au quotidien. à recommander !!!!
Wir sind Wiederholungst?ter und haben schon für 2025 wieder gebucht. Wer keine Animation braucht, auf riesige Buffets verzichten kann und dazu kein all invlusiv ben?tigt ist hier genau richtig. Hier gibt es Frühstück und Abendessen mit superguten Lebensmitteln, z. T. von der Inhaberfamilie selbst hergestellt immer lecker und von guter Qualit?t, eine herzliche Inhaberfamilie die sich kümmert, auch wenn mal was schief geht, einen kleinen aber feinen pool, nette Zimmer, viel ruhe in der Anlage, tolle Lage an einem Salzsee und zu Fu? ca 10 Minuten entfernt vom Meer und Mamari.
Non so onestamente se siamo stati sfortunati ma non credo. Non mi capacito di come si possa recensire, in coscienza, una struttura del genere scrivendo che è accogliente e pulita. Appena arriverete in camera troverete una serie di avvisi dove, piuttosto che ricevere il benvenuto, leggerete tutto ciò che non si può fare, che è vietato, e che possa generare penali (v. foto) . Come scritto, l'aria condizionata (necessaria) è a pagamento così come la cassaforte e nella camera, nonostante sia un 3 stelle, non c'è neppure l'asciugacapelli che dovrebbe NECESSARIAMENTE esserci in BASE AGLI STANDARD EUROPEI (e si, é vero che Booking non è menzionato, ma chi si mette a cercare un dettaglio del genere che prenotando un 3 stelle dovrebbe essere scontato in base a standard internazionali?) . Ma d'altronde, non siamo di fronte ad un hotel 3 stelle o almeno, non più. Il livello di servizio, almeno per quanto concerne le stanze, é imbarazzante. Siamo stati 5 notti e la camera, già sudicia in partenza, non è stata mai pulita veramente (anche se loro scriveranno di sì a seguito di questa recensione) . Guardate le varie foto per farvi un'idea (vi garantisco ne ho una per ogni giorno per dimostrare che fosse così sin dall'inizio e fino alla fine). Asciugamani cambiati solo una volta in 5 giorni (d'altro canto li cambiano ogni 3 e non di domenica, ma questo lo apprendi solo dopo che arrivi) Pecccato che il set, asciugato chissà dove, odorava di fumo di sigaretta. Lenzuola mai cambiate, letti mai, mai, mai rifatti manco fossimo in una casa particular...e quelle lenzuola...se ci ripenso ho ancora quell'odore nel naso.. Ingiallite e fetide dal sudore di chissà quante generazioni di ospiti. Altra perla: formiche in stanza fin sul letto (guardate foto)! Facciamo presente il problema segnalando che sotto al letto era molto sporco (già al nostro arrivo e non per nostra responsabilità) e loro che fanno? Prima chiedono se abbiamo mangiato sul letto o lasciato aperto finestre (cercando di scaricare su noi ospiti la responsabilità), poi rimuovono le formiche ma non puliscono sotto il letto (vedete foto post intervento) ! Tra altro nello spostare il materasso, evidentemente, fanno cadere un cuscino che entra in contatto con la polvere secolare che era sotto il letto e che fanno? Lo rimettono sul letto nelle condizoni che vedete in foto! Al che, temendo qualche altro servizietto accurato del genere , abbiamo omesso di segnalare alcunché contando i giorni che ci separavano da un letto pulito. D'altro canto, l'approccio aggressivo e 'rosicone' dei gestori è comprensibile anche dalle antipatiche risposte rese alle altre , VERITIERE, recensioni negative e che sicuramente mi aspetto anche alla mia. Pur fosse il più economico sull'isola (e non lo è) NON scegliete questo posto se avete esigenze igieniche basiche e cercate accoglienza perché non ne troverete, almeno in base alla nostra esperienza. Se sopportate bene lo sporco ostinato può anche andare.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo,stanze spaziose e pulite bella la piscina,tutto curato e Tenuto bene buona la colazione e la cena ottima e varia.La conduzione familiare , la simpatia e la disponibilità,ti fa vivere al meglio la tua vacanza.La posizione dell hothel richiede un mezzo di transporto per poter godere delle be?lissime spiagge di Kos
Buongiorno a tutti, siamo state io e la mia compagna dall’8/6 al 14/6 all’hotel Bouradanis, ci siamo trovate molto bene, camera ampia, pulizia buona, posizione strategica, più o meno a mezz’ora di macchina si raggiungono tutte le spiagge e le località da voler visitare. Si trova vicino ad un lago salato, in mezzo alla tranquillità di Kos, ottimo per chi vuole staccare la spina e svegliarsi con la visione delle mucche nei campi non molto lontani. Colazione basica, ottimo lo yogurt e le marmellate fatte dalla signora che cucina anche pranzo e cena, purtroppo non possiamo dare una recensione su queste ultime perché abbiamo sempre optato di mangiare fuori, però posso dire che l’odore era molto appetitoso. Presente una piscina molto ampia con lettini e sdraio a sufficienza, illuminata di notte molto carina. Aria condizionata in camera, da 7/15 € per giorno, dipende dalla camera, comunque specificato su Booking prima di prenotare. Parcheggio presente fuori dall’hotel. Ambiente famigliare, tipico e tranquillo, consigliamo piuttosto che i soliti alberghi internazionali che fanno entrare poco nel mood del posto. Bisogna però aver la capacità di comprendere, che essendo un albergo a gestione famigliare e non una catena con milioni alle spalle, sarà un ambiente modesto e poco lussuoso. Sta a voi capire di cosa avete bisogno.
A lovely week in Kos with my best friend and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel suited us at it sits a stone’s throw from a serene stretch of coastline, with nearby Tigaki and Kos town easily accessible by rental/bus/taxi for bars and restaurants. I felt able to switch off and relax in a way I haven’t been able to for a long time and just let myself go along with the Island’s flow. Highly recommend visiting the mountain town of Zia and climbing Mount Dikaios, as well as the Three Island Boat Trip. The local beach of Marmari is so quiet and peaceful and only a short walk from the hotel, with water as clear as glass and sunbeds that we made good use of. Every day, we’d stop in the little supermarket for water en route to the beach and the couple there couldn’t have been more friendly, as was our experience with most locals. From arrival, Hotel Manager Dimitris was on hand with recommendations and advice on exploring the island and all excursions/rentals can be booked through him. He could always be found behind the bar, happy to chat and make excellent drinks and always provided top notch service. Mama Clairy’s cooking was the defining experience of our stay - every night she provided a delicious, home-cooked, three-course, traditional meal. Not to forget the home-made jams on offer with the breakfast selection (of which she kindly provided a pot of for me to take home - love you Mama Clairy). As two young women travelling alone we always felt safe on the island, especially at the hotel. I think the family atmosphere spilled out to the guests and we made some brilliant friends in our short time there. If you want a unique, authentic, comfortable stay, full of personality and great food, don’t bother looking anywhere else. We begrudgingly packed up our suitcases on the last day and returned home with nothing but fond memories, appreciation and thanks for our trip to this little island and the lovely Bourantanis family who looked after us so well.
