The shower and bathroom in general were in very poor condition and not very safe, unfortunately.

Hospedaria novamente, sem dúvida alguma
Super limpo, bem localizado, com uma vista incrível para as montanhas (no local do café). Fácil acesso a toda a cidade. Uma pessoa foi nos pegar no desembarque do trem ( achei isso super atencioso). Pre?o justo e bem pertinho do embarque de ?nibus para subir Machu Picchu. Com certeza indicarei esta Hospedagem.

Muy bien atendida en el hotel, guiada cuando consultaba y acompa?ada cuando lo necesite.

This place was ok. Nothing really to write home about. People who worked here were very nice but the place wasn't all that clean and the breakfast was super boring compared to the other places we stayed. I wouldn't say here again. The tv didn't work but by the time we got there we couldn't be bothered and just went to sleep.

No me gustó nada este “hotel”, no tiene buena recepción en estación comparado con otros hoteles, quedamos esperando mucho tiempo, el servicio fue poco profesional, lento y sin ninguno preparo. El hotel tiene características y calidad quase que de hostel … no tiene teléfono en las habitaciones para hablar con la recepción, poca seguridad y precarias instalaciones! Las únicas ventajas que vi fueron la localización y la se?orita de la recepción que era muy amable… Intentarán corregir el error anterior con una cena pero el restaurante también intentó un golpe a fin de sacar dinero… Tudo me cayó muy mal y no puedo ignorar cosas tan poco éticas… lo siento… Gracias a Dios fue solo una noche! Más no se de onde sacaran que este “hotel” tiene tres estrellas… I didn't like this “hotel” at all, it doesn't have good reception at the station compared to other hotels, we were waiting a long time, the service was unprofessional, slow and without any preparation. The hotel has characteristics and quality almost like a hostel… there is no telephone in the rooms to talk to the reception, little security and poor facilities! The only advantages I saw were the location and the lady at the reception who was very friendly… They will try to correct the previous mistake with a dinner but the restaurant also tried a scam to get money... I didn't like it very much and I can't ignore such unethical things... I'm sorry... Thank God it was only one night! But I don't know where they found out that this “hotel” has three stars…

Habitaciones amplias, exc higiene, camas amplias, ropa de cama agradable almohadas de buena calidad. La atención de Ericka fue excelente, pendiente de nuestras necesidades, incluye desayuno el cual es muy bueno y variado, fresco, tienen a disposición té de coca todo el tiempo en la recepción, lo único que nos extra?ó es que la ducha no tiene puerta, y éramos 6 personas en 1 mismo espacio, nos la ingeniamos para tener privacidad a la hora de ba?arnos, creo que es un aspecto a mejorar, pero en realidad nos gustó mucho la estadía en este lugar.
