不能取消，什么原因都不聽。建議選擇其他酒店，畢竟周邊不遠有很多價格接近、并且房間衞生還不錯的酒店可以選擇，這個就是自助式入住的公寓，房間極小極小。

地方太小了兩張單人床中間是沒有間隔的是拼在一起，洗澡間太小了，洗完澡水都進房間去啦，我住了三天，每天都有問雖然打掃？整體環境乾凈的

這是一個位于住宅樓里的快捷酒店，不提供早餐。酒店位置還不錯距離火車站很近，出行很方便去托雷多可以坐火車當天來回。

Estadia foi ótima, fui muito bem tratada, inclusive perguntaram se eu gostaria de deixar as malas, pois a saída do hotel era 12h, limpeza muito boa quarto cheiroso, cama limpa e confortável, banheiro organizado, parte ruim tem só meio Box usam cortina e água Vaz as só tomar banho mas deixaram pano de ch?o próximo e deu certo, saímos e passamos o dia voltamos com o quarto todo organizado, o hotel é super bem localizado perto de tudo e oque n?o for perto próximo de ?nibus e esta??o. Enfim, amamos o local!

Walking distance to the train station. Locker storage under hotel for 9-15 euro

Very friendly staff. Excellent location 10 mins walk to Atocha train station. Small room and very small bathroom, but given the price in the centro of Madrid we can't expect too much. Stayed 2 nights and it was great!
