非常乾净，整齐，设备都很好用。美中不足是入住网上填写登记非常复杂，但是到店门口按门铃之后很快工作人员就帮我进行了人工登记??

真没想到公寓这么好。宽敞乾净，对比起来，比马德里洲际强太多了。只是取钥匙的流程有些麻烦，如果网不好，会弄得人很烦躁。而且不认华为手机，这也是个bug。携程如果能够代办入住，代取钥匙，就更好。

There were no surprises when we arrived at our apartment. Everything was the same as the pictures shown on the website, the furniture, the set up and the layout. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a pretty good size. The apartment is a 10 minutes' walk to Gran Via but tons of stores and great restaurants within walking distance as well. Sonder's customer service was impactable, and it started even before we arrived by providing all the check in instructions as well as adding us to their WhatsApp and starting the communication to ensure we stay in touch during our stay. Anything we needed it was just a message away. They also offer room service, and the food was very good, they operate until midnight. They also offered one complementary housekeeping service. Definitely recommend them to friends and family when visiting Madrid.

This is the second time I have stayed in a Sonder apartment- it is excellent. Their attention to details is spot on: from the check in service, to providing lockers if you arrive early or need a place to store luggage when you check out. They have staff available thru chat if you have questions. So easy and safe to access your apartment. The apartments are well decorated and equipped with whatever you need for your stay. The apartment is in a great part of Madrid- Malasa?a. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. Also situated between two very convenient metro stops.

We reserved Sonder apartment 4.5 in the nice Madrid Malasana barrio. We’d paid extra for early check-in and appreciated that the representative let us check in even sooner. The technologically challenged may find the contactless check-in difficult, but once you get the hang of it, entry and exit are a breeze. The idea of a reasonably priced home away from home is a good one. Our Sonder one bedroom apt was clean, decently laid out, with the essentials a traveler needs. (The shower is pretty small, with uneven water pressure and temperature.) The toiletries are first class. The free luggage storage is convenient. We enjoyed the area, which is in walking distance or metro commute to most attractions. Unfortunately, our first 2 mornings were disrupted by maintenance problems (blackout shade malfunction, lighting, a leaking shower). Management was reasonably responsive, given the absence of onsite staff. We did not appreciate the aggressive, officious and dismissive female staff who accompanied the maintenance worker. On the second morning, we were awoken to a loud, persistent fire alarm in the hall. I had to call to learn whether there was a fire or false alarm. Eventually maintenance arrived and disarmed the alarm. I suggest management: 1. Check that apartments are fully functioning prior to guest check-in, do regular maintenance, and not be complaint-driven. 2. Train maintenance not to enter guest rooms with “do not disturb” signs on the doors. 3. In the event of a fire alarm, notify guests immediately whether they need to evacuate or it’s a false alarm.

Additionally, we will reinforce with our team the importance of adhering to "do not disturb" signs to ensure your privacy is respected at all times. Since you had reported a leak, we knocked several times, but felt it was important to access the room immediately to address the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future with a smoother and more seamless experience.

Our superior 1 bedroom apartment exceeded expectations. It was large (2 full bathrooms!), kitchen had all supplies needed, amazing location, and most important to me, it was clean!! Staff was prompt to respond. When we couldn’t figure out how to close the blinds after midnight, we got a prompt response with instructions. When we requested an additional clothes drying rack, we had it within minutes. The clothes washer worked really well, which is not always the case in rentals. The welcome note upon arrival was also a nice touch. My family can’t wait to return!
