Guest：This hotel was everything we had hoped for - beautiful, luxurious, authentic. The staff were very helpful upon check-in with advice and assistance with car parking. We took their advice and parked outside Matera and was brought in via a shuttle bus - we would recommend this. The location of the hotel is superb, right by St Peter’s Square. The breakfast was high quality with plenty of choice. The only downside was upon check-out. We hadn’t been made aware that it was 10.30am - we should have checked but didn’t. The lady receptionist was not happy, which we of course understood but it was a shame that we left feeling a little awkward.: 2024-09-01

Guest：This was a lovely and amazing place to stay. Staff was EXCELLENT, and the most helpful of any place we have stayed on this trip. Sleep in a cave! The shower, in a small cave, had a steam shower function. All with the easiest of access to Matera. The cave we stayed in was at the base of the oldest church in Matera. Stunning city!: 2024-10-01
