Room is okay, not very clean. Facilities are old.

I stayed in winter so the area was much quieter than in summer ... just how I like it.
The accommodation was basic but comfortable and included a studio kitchen with electric hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery and plates.
Everything was very clean and all the staff were freindly and helpful.
Air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling.
Anything negative I could include here would be nit-picking.
Overall I would certainly recommend INN Mallorca Aparthotel.

Joli appartement bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage ils a des restaurants et un aldi juste en face avec une belle terrasse les chaise s sont confortables des accessoires supplémentaires seriait un plus comme des poufs ou des transats. il manque juste un four les matelas sont un peu trop mou à mon go?t les mur aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture ils y a des projection je suis très dé?u que la piscine était fermée au moment de notre séjour j'avais réservé cette appartement

Great location
Overall the aprtments are lovely and very centrally located. Second time we have stayed there,. A couple of issues, problem with the hot water for 3 days ie none. Whatsapp comms completely AI, so other than basic information didnt really help with any questions we had. Finally when aircon was on, smell of cooking was brought into the apartment. That said, this didnt happen last year so it may have been just our room(304). Staff did apologise for the hot water issue but its not ideal.

Absolutely brilliant! Very clean, air con was a god send as it was very hot and humid outside. Powerful shower. Very comfy bed! Well equipped kitchen, fridge very efficient keeping drinks ice cold. Sun loungers we're the best, massive and so comfy! Very relaxing being round the pool, accomodating couples and families easily. Even though we had our own towel, pool towels were provided if needed. The pool bar catered very well for us and very well managed, pizzas from the associated Spiga restaurant as well as soft drinks, wine and delicious cocktails all available. Talking of the restaurant the food is delicious ( the lasagne was out of this world!) with lots of coice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Ivan in particular helped us to arrange our taxi to the airport which arrived almost immediately. The complex itself is ideally situated, 5 minute stroll down to the front with all the associated restaurants and bars. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Helpful staff! Terrible water pressure in the shower. Thin walls, you could hear the neighbors very clearly. Alot of dust under the bed. I would recommend for a short stay

A great base to enjoy Palma Nova and magaluf we choose these apartments for their value for money and great location. The room was well equipped and sized, comfortable and overlooking the main road. We did have a blocked toilet which was swiftly rectified, so didn’t spoil our stay. I hadn’t realised when I booked the hotel that the pool doesn’t open until mid May however that didn’t spoil anything we simply opted for days on the beach- €19:50 for 2 beds and a parasol. My only small criticism was contact via the emergency number. We had issues with the safe and it locked with all our valuables inside. We called the number yet we still await a call back! Thankfully after 48 hours we managed to get it to open (and didn’t use the safe after that!) but it was frustrating as my jewellery and some money was in there, never mind our passports. Not that I would mind being stuck in Mallorca for a bit longer!! Will definitely here again.

What a fantastic stay at these apartments,could not fault them at all . The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard .The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and around the pool . Orlando at the pool bar made fantastic cocktails what a lovely man and so pleasant. The lovely lady ,didn’t catch her name but also very nice to us all . thank everyone of you at the Inn apartments for making our family holiday perfect xxx

The pictures of the room where the walls are yellow etc are not correct to how the hotel looks now. It is very fresh and clean and all light colors etc. highly recommend this hotel for the money was very very worth. The pool is very fresh and Nice as well.
