This hotel is nice but definitely not value for money. I’ll start with the positives: The beds are comfortable. The gardens are beautiful. Now the negatives: At over 100 euros a night this hotel is not value for money. The rooms are tired, very basic and not particularly clean. There’s a tiny mini fridge (ours was full of rust) and no kettle. The pool area is dirty, has no depth markings, and no umbrellas for shade. The bar is very expensive - 5 euros for a 330ml can of mythos. Air con is particularly noisy. Breakfast is poor, bread and jam, yoghurt and a poor selection of fruit and hard boiled eggs. If you want toast you have to ask for it. In all, had this hotel cost half the price I wouldn’t be disappointed but it wasn’t, and we were. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This our 3rd visit to Spetses & our 3rd stay at Villa Martha. Dimitri & Vassilki are fantastic hosts, always making us feel so welcome - we really wouldn’t stay anywhere else. A beautiful, charming typically Greek villa set in an oasis of citrus trees, pretty lawns & wonderful pool. If you want a modern sleek hotel this is not for you. Rooms are simple & traditional , air conditioned & cleaned daily. Breakfast is served outside overlooking the lawn & pool. Located a short walk from one of the many beaches & 10-15min walk from the old harbour. For us this place is all things Greek & perfect.

Dieses Hotel ist von der Anlage her ein echtes Kleinod. Herrlich angelegter Gartenbereich mit Zitronen-, Orangen- und Olivenb?ume. Mittendrin ein sauberer Pool. Sehr herzliches Gastgeber (Dimitris), hat immer einen Tipp parat und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
