We had a lovely room with a huge comfy bed and lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect to cater for selves at home. The only slight negative was that the bathroom had a constant smell of urine.
Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Liked the toothbrush included with the bathroom products (I always forget something), shower was a good size and spotlessly clean. Location was great for exploring the west side of the city, not far from some lovely cafes and restaurants. A step above the chain hotels for around the same price but with much more comfort and style. Quiet location and very little noise from the other rooms. Will definitely be back again.
The apartment was in a good location for me visiting family near Queens Park which is just a 10minute walk away. There is a good choice of cafes, bars and shops near Queens Park and the railway station is also well located for travel into central Glasgow. The apartment is large, immaculately clean, well presented and the bed very comfortable. Though I didn't do any cooking the kitchen I liked being able to make tea/coffee there was a good supply of tea and coffee plus pods for the Nespresso machine. Also very useful to have the fridge. The secure entry to the building and my room was important to me as I was staying alone. The receptionist was very helpful.
The thing that sticks in my mind most is the efficiency and kindness of the young woman in reception; next the cleanliness of the apartmentt and that is what matters to me most of all. The considerate, practical organisation ot the accommodation.to suit the occupier was spot on and it was also very attractive. This is splitting hairs - a kitchen hand towel would be nice and, perhaps using a rectangle fabric covered back plate, move the bedside light controls so that the light can be switched off easily from inside the bed. There was no noise overnight; stair carpets were dense. Well organised. But overall it was better than great.
Appartamento situato in un palazzo antico. Completamente ristrutturato. Arredamento di design. L'angolo cottura completo di tutto. Molto accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale all'accettazione molto gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente.
