124 room hotel with spacious guest room containing a coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a heated outdoor pool and a well equipped fitness center. Located only 12 miles from the Nashville International Airport, 1/2 miles off I65, directly between the sites and sound of Nashville and the abundance of shops at Cool Springs. Complimentary hot breakfast available for all guests. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Served daily from 6:30am-9:00am (Monday-Friday) and 7:00am-10:00am (Sat-Sun). Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee plus an additional 100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Weight must be 50 lbs or less max of 75 lbs per room. Fees are in USD. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

Guest：Breakfast was set up nicely just not much choice if you didn’t want onions in your eggs. Otherwise I was happy with breakfast and my stay: 2026-01-01

Guest：Bathroom shower curtain could use replacement. Water seemed to leak out and the elevator panel had duck tape holding it. Other than that we experienced a good stay at the hotel.: 2025-12-01

Guest：Staff great and friendly room clean seemed a little old and shower water took a very long time to heat . TV not very user friendly and kept going out . Brft excellent . Very loud hotel . Dogs people talking doors shutting pipes draining . The other Hyatt at cool springs you can’t hear a thing .: 2025-12-01

Guest：We enjoyed our stay! The room was very spacious . The only problem we had was the size of the bathroom, it was only enough space to walk in and close the door . Also I was unable to get extra towels during my stay due to them not washing enough but otherwise the trip was nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly !: 2025-12-01
