Guest：Bar closed at 10pm on a Saturday night. Room was a suite for five people and there were only four bath towels. Front desk was very quick and abrupt. Friendlier staff interaction would be nice. Went downstairs to see about getting something from store and there were five different people waiting for help so I just left.
